How do I know if the product is immediately available?
If a product is purchasable on the site, it is immediately available in our warehous. If a product is momentarily unavailable it will appear as sold out on the website and therefore not available for purchase.

How can I cancel an order already made?
You can request to cancel an order by contacting our customer service within 12 hours from the time it was made and specifying the order number. We will contact you to agree on the refund procedure.
Is there a minimum purchase quantity?
Yes, the minimum amount to place an order is 10€. For orders over 50€ shipping is freet.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment via Paypal is the accepted method.
Can I pay on delivery?
Sorry but payment in cash upon delivery is not accepted.
Are internet orders safe?
All information on your order, your personal data and your credit card are strictly protected. We adopt the most advanced standards for data transfer and access to information. Under no cisrcumstance do we retain financial info for credit card payments (card number, expiration date, etc.) are not retained.
How much is the shipping cost?
A fixed contribution of 5 € is charged (including VAT) for shipment, for orders up to a total amount of 50€. For orders over 50€ shipment is free.
How many days are needed to receive my order and how can I track the shipping?

What happens if I am out on the day of delivery?
